About me
I am a Biomedical Engineer turned Culinary Medicine practitioner with over 10 years of experience in digital health innovation. My journey has taken me from research in nutrigenetics at MIT Portugal, to startup leadership in oncology nutrition, to consulting and training with hospitals, corporates, and global organizations.
I am certified by Harvard Medical School in Culinary Medicine Coaching and Digital Transformation in Healthcare, and hold a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM). I combine evidence, science, and culinary practice to help patients, healthcare professionals, and organizations bring Food as Medicine into daily life.
My current work focuses on gut health, the gut–brain axis, women’s health, and chronic disease prevention. I deliver workshops, lectures, and consulting projects across Portugal and Europe, helping to embed nutrition into healthcare delivery.
